1 hr swim set followed by either a 60-90 min windtrainer or longer aerobic run workout. These sessions vary based on the time of the year and the squad focus but will always start with a swim. The idea is to complete a safe ‘brick’ type triathlon session - warm and dry is perfect for winter months.
The session is great for new triathletes who need to build their skills and fitness for events later in the year and for athletes who have international events during our winter and need a good workout environment.
