A 60 - 75 min run based fitness session with a focus on aerobic strength building. Session type is progressive - we build towards your key events and the main set will reflect your fitness level and the period of training you are presently at.
We meet on the Oriental Bay side of Waitangi Park at just after 5:15 pm.
Lights are required during the winter months.
