Make A Change - Don't have Regrets
If you want to make a change to your life and you don't know where to start, you've found the right person for advice. I'm a highly specialised swim, bike and run coach. Not just that, I work with people to get them to change their physical and mental patterns. I'm an expert in transforming people into fit and happy individuals, through exercise and sporting events.
My background of coaching from a young age; coming from a large family; academic teaching and coaching study; and the colour of racing elite level triathlon all over the world has shaped my skills into a unique coaching package. I delight in the impact I have on others health and wellness. I love extending my exercise family and hope that you will become part of it.
My preference is to work with people who live in or around Wellington. I meet with athletes, coach athletes in person and design specific programmes of change. I work in a 1-to-1 capacity and in group environments. I'm all about developing environments in which athletes work together and help each other.
I'm always pushing myself for improvement and have run a series of Open Water Swims around the Wellington Coastline over the 2018 summer. Variety is a key to my style. You won't find the same old training programme when working with me. I run cycling tours in different locations and endeavour to provide training which stimulate not only near athletes but all my longer term athletes who deserve spice in their lives. We swim inside; we swim in rivers, lakes and a lot in the sea; we bike inside and outside; and I have a passion for off-road running.
