Coaching & Event Management Experience
Some people are simply born to coach, manage and teach - I've coached for 35 years; have a Masters in Sports Coaching; a Degree in Physical Education; am a former teacher; and as an athlete I'm the Former Elite World Long Dist Champion & ITU Elite World Series Champion. I spent 10 years as a pro athlete and have held every TriNZ Elite Triathlon Title possible. I was in the winning team of the inaugural Southern Traverse Multisport event. Post career, I worked within event management, at Ironman NZ, setting up the 10 series Special K Women's Duathlon Series, nationwide and the NZ Colour-Run Series.

Anyone who has a goal to improve their present skills & fitness. I've got a real passion for swimming which I've been involved with at a coaching level from listening to my swim coach-Mother as a pre-teen.
No matter if you're a pure beginner or an experienced athlete I have the background to develop a programme that will take you to the next level.
